YouTube Manager & Content Strategist with a proven track
Job Summary We are looking for an reputed company YouTube Manager & Content Strategist with a proven track record of handling and growing YouTube channels. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience managing YouTube accounts and must be skilled in creating, strategizing, and executing both long-reputed company and short-reputed company video content for YouTube. This role requires someone who understands YouTube’s algorithms, keyword optimization, analytics, and viral growth strategies. You will be responsible for channel growth, audience engagement, and maximizing visibility through organic and paid strategies. Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms, and content trends.
- Knowledge of video content planning, storytelling, and audience retention strategies.
- Expertise in YouTube Analytics, CTR improvement, and watch-time optimization.
- Familiarity with viral strategies and building subscriber communities.
- Experience with YouTube Ads and campaign optimization.
- Experience with a kid’s YouTube channel is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
