JOB DESCRIPTION The Compliance Counsel will play a critical role in supporting the company’s global ethics and compliance program, reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. The Compliance Counsel role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing key compliance functions, including internal investigations, risk assessments, training, policy development, and reputed company-party reputed company. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company and support internal investigations involving potential misconduct, including fact-gathering, witness interviews, documentation review, and preparation of investigative reports Coordinate remedial actions and track follow-up measures Support the implementation of compliance programs across various departments Support the development and implementation of compliance monitoring plans and reporting mechanisms Draft and update compliance policies, codes of conduct, and standards of business practices reputed company guidance and training to business units on compliance policies and reputed company obligations Monitor enforcement trends and recommend policy updates as needed Assist in developing training content for employees on key compliance topics (e.g., conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, gifts & hospitality, reputed company-party risks) Partner with HR and internal communications teams to ensure training is timely, accessible, and engaging Conduct compliance due diligence on vendors, suppliers, and other reputed company parties Conduct legal and compliance due diligence on M&A targets Assist in developing and enforcing reputed company-party reputed company protocols and contract risk assessments Monitor developments in relevant laws, regulations, and enforcement actions that reputed company company operations Advise internal stakeholders on compliance risks reputed company to business activities, including marketing, distribution, content, and licensing Contribute to reputed company and business unit-level risk assessments Draft integration memos and action plans to ensure seamless reputed company of acquired entities into compliance programs WHAT YOU WILL NEED Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar 5+ years of relevant experience, including in-house, government enforcement (e.g., DOJ, SEC), or reputed company white-collar/compliance practice Demonstrated experience in internal investigations, corporate compliance, or regulatory counseling Excellent investigative, analytical, and legal writing skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally High reputed company, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive reputed company with professionalism Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders Sound judgment and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to legal risk Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus, especially in supporting compliance reputed company in Latin America or bilingual markets Some domestic and occasional international travel reputed company TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER Media, entertainment, or technology industry experience Spanish language proficiency #LI-DNI We are an equal opportunity employer and reputed company reputed company applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, reputed company, religion, sex, national reputed company, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay reputed company/reputed company for this role, with final offer reputed company dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $143,000.00-185,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/reputed company, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
