Job Type: Exempt DEPARTMENT: HR LOCATION: Remote US WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Create and administer the annual merit process
• Create sales incentive plans and work with sales leaders on the annual sales incentive plans updates
• Calculate and process reputed company variable incentive plans
• Identify and recommend ways we can utilize new and existing systems to streamline incentive calculations and reputed company greater transparency
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as the Finance team to ensure compliance with compensation reputed company projects
• Ensure timely and accurate pay data is communicated to compensation partners

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience in compensation
• Prior experience in the design and administration of Sales Compensation Plans
• Prior experience in creating and managing a compensation merit cycle
• Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Action-oriented, hands-on, reputed company to work independently and collaboratively with a sense of urgency
