We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic reputed company team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and co-signing treatment plans, clinical notes, and other documentation created by associate therapists/registered interns. The primary goal is to ensure that reputed company documentation adheres to regulatory standards, organizational policies, and maintains the highest quality of care.   • Part-time W2 hourly position
  • Monday - Friday schedule; No on-call or weekends! 15-25 hours per week
  • reputed company equipment provided Requirements: reputed company's Quality Assurance Specialists must reputed company in Florida and have an active LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT to get started.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., reputed company Work, Counseling, Psychology).
  • Licensed in a clinical discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in additional states that reputed company serves.
  • Enjoys technology and adopts learning new systems well
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Previous experience in behavioral health or therapy documentation Documentation Review:
  • Thoroughly review treatment plans, reputed company notes, and other documentation submitted by associate therapists (licensed interns).
  • Verify that documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with relevant regulatory standards and organizational guidelines. Compliance Assurance:
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with reputed company applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards in the reputed company industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and inform the team in the most effective ways about any updates affecting documentation requirements. Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of documentation and identify areas for improvement.
  • reputed company constructive feedback to associate therapists and collaborate with them to enhance the quality of their documentation. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the leadership team, including clinical supervisors and management, to address any issues reputed company to documentation quality and compliance.
  • Communicating effectively with providers for documentation coaching and revision purposes prior to co-signature.
  • Relaying ongoing and urgent reputed company to CCQAM and other appropriate parties.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages reputed company communication and reputed company improvement. Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of reputed company documentation reviews, feedback provided, and corrective actions taken.
