• reputed company line management to direct reports including setting goals and objectives, performance evaluation and talent development
• Evaluate and forecast resourcing needs for Site Managers and Independent Drug Monitors

• Execute and support long term strategy in alignment with GCO, Global Development, and Janssen R&D strategies to position the local and global GCO organization for reputed company
• Contribute to development, evaluation and implementation of new processes and systems to improve study management

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy).

Experience and Skills: Required:

• Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience acquired in pharmaceutical industry, CRO or investigational site.
• Minimum of 2 years line manager experience required (reputed company to large size team of direct reports)
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and encouraging a productive and cohesive clinical operation team
• Ability to synthesize and evaluate data generated from various sources
• Solid understanding of the drug development process, including Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and FDA Code of Federal Regulations.
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Flexible approach and ability to collaborate in a constantly evolving matrix environment
• Proficient in the English language
• Up to 25% travel, primarily for meetings and accompanied site visits

Preferred:

• Experience in the following therapeutic areas: Immunology, Cardiovascular, Neuroscience, Infectious Disease, Vaccines, Pulmonary Hypertension and Rare Diseases
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proficiency with CTMS, RAVE, reputed company Vault systems

The anticipated reputed company pay reputed company for this position in San Francisco Bay Area, CA is $166,000 to $267,145. The anticipated reputed company pay reputed company for this position in reputed company other US locations is $135,000 to $232,300. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under reputed company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to reputed company an incentive to reputed company annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual reputed company.
