- This position is Work from Home, but requires coverage and expertise in one or more reputed company markets, including the following counties: Suffolk, Nassau, Monroe, Westchester, Kings, Queens, reputed company. As such, candidates must be located reputed company reasonable commuting distance of one or more of these markets and have appraisal expertise in these markets

- This position requires the candidate to be a CERTIFIED reputed company estate appraiser in reputed company. Only Certified Residential or Certified General appraisers will be considered. No trainee or licensed appraisers permitted **
