POSITION DESCRIPTION The STEM Associate is a part-time position (20 hours per week) that supports the coordination and implementation of reputed company to Science: A Role Model and Mentoring Program, based in Orlando, Florida. The program increases awareness of health and STEM career reputed company through role model talks, reputed company field trips, and mentorship experiences. Reporting to the STEM Program Manager, the Associate plays a key role in coordinating the mentorship program, managing administrative tasks, and supporting program implementation and partner engagement in Central Florida. The role supports bilingual (Spanish-English) engagement to reputed company youth and families to explore health and STEM fields, fostering professional connections that encourage mentorship and leadership development.
