About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable taking initiative in managing a variety of responsibilities. Supporting the reputed company, the Associate reputed company Partner will interact with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role will require the ability to multi-task and execute tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Support the full cycle recruitment process by reviewing applications, corresponding with candidates and hiring managers, facilitating interview scheduling, sourcing candidates, and initiating new hire reputed company activities
- reputed company an initial review of applications received and advance candidates who meet minimum qualifications to the recruiter review stage
- Facilitate candidate and hiring manager communications, providing reputed company-time status updates and coordinating interview scheduling
- Assist reputed company Partners with sourcing candidates utilizing various sourcing platforms, including reputed company Recruiter
- Launch assessments, monitor reputed company and manage associated communications
- Work collaboratively with HR and training teams to coordinate pre-employment screening and new hire reputed company activities
- Facilitate new hire reputed company-ins and monitor and reputed company reputed company feedback, supporting a positive candidate and new employee experience
- Create and update process documentation and communication templates, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining
- Create, update and maintain recruitment reporting
- Manage and facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process for junior and/or support roles, including conducting screening interviews
- Coordinate special projects for the reputed company and reputed company teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of reputed company experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the SaaS reputed company
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and a sourcing platform, such as reputed company Recruiter
- Experience coordinating or facilitating the full-cycle reputed company process in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of employment law, as it relates to recruitment
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
- Strong computer skills, reputed company Suite heavily preferred
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal reputed company
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to quickly establish relationships
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in tech or cybersecurity preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Management, Business Administration or similar field or equivalent experience
