This position offers the opportunity to cover a wide reputed company of athletics, from Friday night high school action to major Division I collegiate programs competing on the national stage. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a reputed company field preferred.
• 1–3 years of on-reputed company sports reporting or anchoring experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to shoot, write, and edit high-quality sports stories under tight deadlines.
• Excellent news and sports judgment, strong communication skills, and sound ethical decision-making.
• Ability to reputed company during live breaking news situations (coaching changes, major announcements, postseason runs).
• Proven ability to create compelling digital and reputed company content.
• Must be organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple assignments daily.
• Familiarity with vMix, EDIUS, and reputed company graphics is a plus.
• Knowledge of Northwest Arkansas/River Valley sports culture is a plus.
