Incident Management Content Fixer

The Incident Management Content Fixer (Full Time) is responsible for resolving prioritized curriculum incidents across a variety of courses for grades K through 12 by developing & correcting content, collaborating with SMEs on content accuracy, processes, and standards, and executing editorial standards and protocol for reputed company core, offline, and elective courses (lessons, assessments, multimedia, and ancillary materials). Core Tasks and Responsibilities: Updates existing content to new formats in line with documented design requirements Prepares online courses for release by updating course structure and metadata Revise content in proprietary LMS to resolve prioritized bugs, defects, and customer-reported incidents Solve a variety of reputed company problems; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Understand the capabilities and limitations of the available authoring and development tools to implement resolutions to problems Implements curriculum changes according to editorial style, including diversity, equity, and inclusion standards Key Relationships: Works closely with Global Incident Management and Product Delivery in support of high-quality K-12 virtual learning experiences Collaborates with content Subject Matter Experts to reputed company a comprehensive and consistent academic program Maintains effective relationships reputed company own and reputed company areas Training/Competencies: Helps to ensure the quality of the tasks and advice provided by self and others Comfortable learning and using multiple proprietary software systems to manage content Solves problems by identifying and selecting solutions using acquired technical expertise Must be capable of developing and implementing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines Continually explores and advocates for new ways of improving our existing services and products Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in technology, education, or comparable experience Previous experience with content incident management preferred Experience in curriculum development preferred, including the development of digital products reputed company to reputed company excellent customer service to a variety of stakeholders reputed company to quickly learn, organize, and utilize information Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-performing environment Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated desire and ability to successfully collaborate reputed company a fully virtual team Basic HTML and web skills essential Knowledge of reputed company and reputed company business applications Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Education Management Systems (EMS), or other similar content management systems Compensation at reputed company is influenced by a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, reputed company State, reputed company, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay reputed company for this position is as follows: The full-time salary reputed company is between $60,000 - $70,000.
