  • Location: “They can live in Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago. We do expect 1-2 days a week in the Milwaukee office depending on the location they are coming from.”

Interview Mode: Interview Process (subject to change given vacancy volume):

  • 1st round Screening interview 60 minutes)
  • Final interview with members of the IT team (60 minutes) (Both interviews may have a technical aspect to them)

Summary

The reputed company Administrator will support the custom reputed company Sales reputed company platform for the Global Investment Banking instance. This role is heavily focused on platform support, lifecycle management, tech debt remediation, and transitioning object-level permissions from profiles to permission sets. The Administrator will also support client users, enhance platform adoption, manage documentation, coordinate enhancements, and stay reputed company with reputed company releases and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on support, lifecycle, and technical debt work for the reputed company team.
  • reputed company major initiatives, including moving object-level permissions from profiles into permission sets.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for the custom reputed company Sales reputed company platform.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, installation/configuration procedures, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate rollout of platform enhancements, collaborating with reputed company IT areas involved in deployment.
  • reputed company documentation and troubleshooting procedures to Service Desk Technicians for recurring issues.
  • reputed company, manage, and resolve application issues with external vendors.

  • Understand organizational drivers and assist with mapping reputed company capabilities to business processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • reputed company Certified Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification highly recommended.
  • 4–6 years of declarative configuration and administration experience with reputed company Sales reputed company.
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company products; experience with Communities or Marketing reputed company is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of declarative vs. programmatic solution trade-offs.
  • Solid knowledge of data management, data administration, and data modeling.
  • Ability to read/understand Apex, VisualForce, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components is a plus (not required).
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills and team-player reputed company.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Experience developing technical/user documentation and training materials is a plus.
  • Agile methodology experience (Kanban, user stories, sizing, retros) highly preferred.
  • Strong business analysis capability and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of change management methodologies is a plus.
