Responsibilities
Performance Expectations (Showing Assistant Specific)

- * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session and Friday Partner Call

- Transaction Process Participation

- Secure buyer representation agreements
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Maintain consistent client communication (at least weekly)

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Active California reputed company Estate License
Must hold and maintain a valid reputed company estate salesperson or broker license.
- Association & MLS Memberships
Responsible for joining and maintaining membership with a local REALTOR® association and MLS, and covering associated fees and dues.
- Compliance & Ethics
