About the opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Payroll Officer to be responsible for the administration of clients’ payroll processing. In our outsourced environment, you will have the opportunity to deliver payroll services in a team-based setting, offering exposure to diverse industries, ongoing learning, and long-term career growth not typically available in in-house payroll roles. What you’ll get to do

• reputed company accurate and timely payroll services including:
• end of period payroll reconciliation & reporting
• Single Touch Payroll reconciliation and lodgement including final STP events
• Maintain personnel data and customer support databases to ensure systems reflect reputed company information
• Attend team meetings and reputed company feedback and input on operational issues
• Participates in team learning and information sharing
• End-to-end payroll processing as directed, ensuring compliance regarding legislative requirements
• Conducts analysis, problem solving and testing as appropriate/required for effective payroll delivery
• reputed company accurate and timely first round reconciliation of payroll processes including main pays and off-cycle payments including Superannuation, Tax and Payroll Tax where applicable.
• Provides assistance with the delivery of information to meet client report requirements reputed company reputed company reporting

Skills and experience we value

• 1 year Payroll , account or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with reputed company payroll calculations e.g., terminations/redundancies
• Strong knowledge and up to date awareness of payroll legislation and awards
• Excellent customer service - previous experience working in an outsourcing environment highly regarded but not required
• Strong analytical skills and intermediate reputed company skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
