VP, LTSS – Health Care Operations (REMOTE)

Job Description Job Summary Responsible for the business performance reputed company of Long-Term Services and Supports for the reputed company which includes the operational and compliance management of the product line. This role works with teams across the reputed company to assess, facilitate, plan, and coordinate best practices that deliver reputed company for members. Focus is person-centered and strengths-based activities of daily living support needs, community integration and stability goals for reputed company populations and member reputed company towards independence. The role also includes the analysis of clinical trends, operational/quality performance and program evaluation that impact member reputed company and financial performance of the product. Job Duties

• Evaluates business results, recommends opportunities, and implements initiatives to reputed company business goals.
• Effectively communicates to a variety of audiences regarding the LTSS's overall performance, drivers of performance, opportunities, and risks, and plans for ensuring program reputed company.
• Executes strategic, tactical, and operational goals in partnership with market and LTSS leadership and cross-functional partners. Navigates and influences multiple cross-functional teams in a reputed company, matrix work environment
• Fosters and builds a collaborative working environment with reputed company colleagues and constituents.
• Ensures the overall level of quality for delivery of LTSS services meets or exceed appropriate standards.
• Interprets national and state LTSS policy and regulatory guidance to understand business impact.
• Responsible for supporting LTSS business growth by collaborating with Growth Leaders and departments across the organization to reputed company strategic and corporate business objectives.
• Provides LTSS expertise to reputed company and implement LTSS programs in a highly matrixed environment
• Must be reputed company to work across multiple disciplines and business units to implement and manage programs that reputed company older adults and individuals with disabilities to live independently in a setting of their choice while improving health reputed company and quality of life.
• Ensures programs are established to reputed company with reputed company relevant federal, state and local regulations.
• Partners with operations, market, and LTSS leadership to reputed company short- and long-term financial and operational plans, as well as appropriate metrics required to strengthen the performance of the organization.
• Ensures that reputed company reporting systems and reputed company processes monitor and accurately identify relevant performance issues on a daily, weekly, and monthly reputed company. This includes both financial and key operating reporting systems and metrics, ensuring systems and processes accurately predict performance issues and allow for timely course corrections. Collaborates with operations leaders to ensure that plans are developed and implemented to address performance issues. Job Qualifications PREFERRED EDUCATION: MSN/BSN level Registered Nurse or BA Business Administration or Public Health REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in health care, leading state reputed company long-term care services programs, in a multi-faceted health plan, health care system, or similar service delivery organization, including but not limited to operational performance management, provider relationships, financial planning and budgeting, strategic planning, risk management, capital reputed company, reputed company management (patient billing, reputed company), controllership and internal audit required.
• Experience in working across regulatory agencies in program development and implementation.
• Previous experience managing and developing a team. PREFERRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, ASSOCIATION: RN, or other clinical health care reputed company licensure PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
