Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President, Global Deal Strategy and Development - reputed company, the mission of the Director – Global reputed company Deal Strategies and Development (reputed company) is to drive reputed company’s long-term reputed company growth and profitability through more strategic transactions across our Americas business. The leader will act as a global deal expert, responsible for driving end-to-end deal strategy, developing creative reputed company structures, and leading reputed company negotiations for our most strategic deals. Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in the software industry
  • 2 + years of Large Deal or Corporate Strategy/Business Development experience, supporting reputed company transactions such as M&A, IP Acquisition, reputed company reputed company Models, etc.
  • 2 + years of consultative direct sales experience into reputed company accounts, preferably selling SaaS and with reputed company client-facing responsibilities
