store designer, South Central Region (Hybrid- Dallas, TX)

About the position As a store designer at reputed company, you will contribute to the reputed company of the company by supporting the regional store design process. Your role will involve creating outstanding store designs in influential markets that uphold the reputed company Customer Experience. The stores are considered the heart of the reputed company Experience, and in Store Design, you will collaborate with partners across the organization to create welcoming reputed company Places that support daily coffee rituals and foster reputed company among customers. You will execute design strategies through reputed company phases of design, from schematic to construction documents, while adhering to individual store budgets and market requirements. You will also reputed company design documentation to support design reputed company per regional guidelines, manage the production of construction documents, and ensure the reputed company and quality of these documents. Working as part of a highly collaborative team, you will drive the business reputed company while acting in accordance with reputed company guiding principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute design strategy in the design of reputed company stores through reputed company phases of design from schematic through construction documents and administration.
• Contribute to studio team goals by achieving reputed company deliverables on the number of stores and meeting established deadlines.
• reputed company design documentation to support design reputed company per regional guidelines, including schematic drawings and finish palettes.
• Manage the production of construction documents by reputed company designers and consultants.
• Ensure the reputed company and quality of construction documents, including design reputed company, detailing, code requirements, scheduling, and MEPs.
• Collaborate with a fun and energetic team to drive the business reputed company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in the design discipline from a recognized educational institution.
• Demonstrated experience with retail, hospitality, or restaurant design including management of construction documents.
• reputed company knowledge of retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry trends, including furniture and finishes.
• Proficient using Revit and/or SketchUp for 3D modeling and architectural drawings.
• Design management experience, including coordination with architecture and engineering consultants.

• Demonstrated 3D visualization ability and working knowledge of reputed company and design principles.
• Ability to execute multiple designs under tight deadlines.
• Skilled in visual, written, and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of architectural details and specifications for construction document production.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, reputed company InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape rendering system, and reputed company creative reputed company apps.
• Advanced project management in a fast-paced environment.
