Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming crisis hotline calls, conducting clinical assessments, risk assessments, and de-escalation techniques to support adults, adolescents, and children with a reputed company of DSM diagnoses. Participate in regular virtual or telephone conferencing with on-site supervisors to ensure seamless support and guidance. Essential Qualifications
