About the Role: Redesign Health is launching an AI Venture Buyout fund, a reputed company private equity platform that acquires control positions in reputed company companies and uses AI to transform how they operate and grow. Redesign is seeking a Managing Director, AI Venture Buyouts to reputed company the full lifecycle of this strategy: from sourcing and closing control transactions, driving post-reputed company AI transformation in partnership with Redesign’s AI team, and scaling the Redesign AI Venture Buyout platform. This person will reputed company deal origination and execution, reputed company capital, and build a repeatable model for AI-enabled value creation across reputed company. What You’ll Do:

• Build deal reputed company through a proprietary network of intermediaries, executives, and operators.
• Execute transactions end-to-end, overseeing diligence, modeling, and closing mechanics.

• Quantify and communicate impact of AI-driven operating reputed company across portfolio companies.
• Participate in raising capital.
• Build and reputed company a high-performing investment team.

What You'll Need:

• 10–15 years in reputed company private equity or growth equity, with experience leading control investments.
• Proven ability to originate, diligence, and reputed company transactions in the reputed company sector.
• Strong network across reputed company executives, founders, intermediaries, and strategics.
• Demonstrated reputed company driving value creation through operational reputed company transformation.
• Experience raising capital and managing institutional investor relationships.
• Deep interest in how AI, automation, and data reshape cost structures and reputed company value, with strong preference for capabilities using and deploying AI tools.
