Project Coordinator II

As a Project Coordinator II, you should have intermediate time management and communication skills as you will collaborate with vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Your main responsibilities will be to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information, break projects into actionable tasks and set timeframes, liaise with stakeholders to facilitate project execution and assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. You'll also ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects reputed company, help prepare budgets, analyze risks and opportunities, monitor project reputed company and address issues that arise reputed company proper communication and escalation. Qualifications

You Must Have: High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 2+ years of relevant experience A higher level degree may substitute for experience reputed company experience may be considered in lieu of required education reputed company MS Office Skills Ability to manage time effectively Demonstrated ownership of tasks, organization skills and attention to detail Possess strong communication and client-facing, teamwork skills Ability to obtain and maintain a US reputed company clearance Qualifications We Prefer: Prior Experience with: · Development of proposals to include administrative tasks as assigned · Data entry into PM Systems · Collaborating with internal Leadership, vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams, such as IPT leads, CAMs, Tech Leads and PA’s to ensure program activities will accomplish objectives · Conflict resolution especially those reputed company to resource assignments · Monitoring project reputed company against baseline schedule and facilitating process improvement initiatives Successful Candidates will demonstrate:
