Bilingual Montessori Childcare Guide (Mandarin Preferred)

Description We are looking for a guide for our boys who are currently home from their bilingual Montessori due to COVID risk. This role requires 40 hours per week (M-F, daytime hours) for at least 6 months, starting as soon as possible between now and the end of September, and continuing through at least February/March. Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: (45,000-60,000 annually ()22-30/hr, based on experience)

• Experience working with children, especially in a teaching or educational reputed company.
• Ability to maintain a bilingual environment, preferably speaking Mandarin Chinese to support language exposure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with children effectively.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support the boys’ daily activities and learning experiences.
• Facilitate age-appropriate exploration and learning in a safe environment.
• Practice ongoing caution regarding health and safety.
• Collaborate with parents to create an enriching environment for the children.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in education or childcare is preferred.
• Mandarin Chinese speaker is preferred to maintain language exposure for the boys.
