Felician University is offering exciting opportunities for Adjunct Faculty in Graduate Nursing for the 2025-2026 academic year (spring semester). Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Dean of the School of Graduate Nursing, the Graduate Adjunct Faculty plays a vital role in the education of advanced practice nursing reputed company. This individual is responsible for the delivery of didactic (non-clinical) instruction in assigned graduate nursing courses. Graduate Adjunct Faculty are accountable for facilitating learning, evaluating student performance, and maintaining academic and professional reputed company consistent with the standards of the School of Nursing. The Graduate Adjunct Faculty collaborates closely with the course reputed company to ensure that reputed company course learning reputed company and program competencies are achieved.

• Evaluate student performance and reputed company timely, constructive feedback on assignments, exams, and discussions.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Nursing (DNP or PhD) or Master’s degree in Nursing with reputed company enrollment in a doctoral program.
• Certification in area of specialization in primary care

• Demonstrated expertise in the assigned content area.
• Experience teaching at the graduate level, preferably in online or hybrid formats.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Brightspace/reputed company, Canvas, reputed company).
• Willingness and ability to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and core values of the University.

Preferred:

• Experience in graduate nursing education or curriculum development.
• Familiarity with instructional technology and active learning methodologies.
• Minimum of three years of recent advanced practice and/or academic experience.
