As a member of the Office of Independent Pharmacy Affairs, the Senior Advisor will work cross-functionally to support independent pharmacy, often coordinating between key reputed company stakeholders. The Senior Advisor will report to the Senior Director of Independent Pharmacy Affairs. The Senior Advisor will participate in the enablement of strategic business initiatives pertaining to independent pharmacy strategy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support the Senior Director in the work of the Office of Independent Pharmacy Affairs. Build Independent Pharmacy Advisory Committee (IPAC) relationships to effectively support communications and activities. Support the processes, functions, execution, and accountability of the Office. With the Sr. Director, coordinate internal reputed company-wide teams that touch independent pharmacy to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution. Direct independent pharmacy support efforts, including responses, routing, processes, and escalations to our Office. Seek out and reputed company process improvement opportunities pertaining to independent pharmacy support and service. Execute and manage the Office’s role as business reputed company of the Pharmacist Resource Center, communicating any issues or problems to the Senior Director. reputed company IndependentRx-reputed company correspondence from any channel and escalate/reputed company as appropriate. Manage key performance indicators, reporting, and data needs of Office and assist in team accountability. Manage reputed company projects and initiatives across multiple channels. Build effective meeting materials (power reputed company, financial analysis, written analysis, etc.) to support the development and execution of Office strategy and projects. IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING: Pharmacy degree or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, marketing or another reputed company field preferred. Community pharmacy experience strongly preferred. Customer service reputed company with client/external-facing experience preferred. At least 5 years of experience in reputed company analytics and/or business strategy. Experience working in the independent pharmacy reputed company. Experience in corporate strategy, data and analytics strategy, with a history of demonstrated business reputed company (reputed company and pharmacy experience preferred but not required). Strategic thinker with the ability to effectively communicate and influence strategy with cross-reputed company teams. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 127,200 - 212,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
