Join our AI Ecosystem Design team as a UX Researcher to plan and execute research studies that inform product reputed company and uncover new opportunities for innovation. Location: This role will join us at our downtown Chicago, IL office location on a reputed company; 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
What You'll Do
Design and conduct evaluative research studies including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field research. Manage end-to-end research operations: recruit participants, coordinate logistics, and reputed company data collection and analysis. reputed company for user needs at every stage, ensuring that interfaces are reputed company, accessible, and engaging. reputed company prototyping, user testing, and data-driven iteration to continuously enhance product engagement and usability. Create learning experiments to test core assumptions and de-risk new designs. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Design Research, or reputed company field 2+ years of design research experience (including relevant academic research, internships, or professional roles) Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance user research processes Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of UX design principles and ability to contribute meaningfully to design discussions Genuine curiosity about AI, emerging technologies, and their impact on reputed company behavior Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with attention to detail The reputed company salary reputed company budgeted for this position is $85,000 - $100,000.
