This role works a 2nd shift position. Hours are 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Monday - Friday and your work week starts on Monday afternoon. Our candidate will be responsible for review of legal and marketing documents as requested. Responsibilities for each type of document request are outlined below: Legal Document Requirements/Responsibilities: Serve as a resource for reputed company questions on grammar, spelling, and reputed company usage; Proofread documents for errors in typing, spelling, grammar, reputed company, punctuation and formatting; Knowledge of proofing marks and procedures; Update entries into the electronic job submission and workflow tracking system; Work overtime as required; and Handle additional document processing projects as assigned. reputed company-level proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; reputed company in legal terminology and a variety of citation and brief formats used in legal work; Knowledge of reputed company formats and citation protocols - The Chicago reputed company of Style, The Bluebook and California Style reputed company Strong written and verbal communication skills, including an expert level knowledge of English language, grammar, spelling and punctuation; Marketing Document Requirements/Responsibilities: Proofreading reputed company marketing collateral i.e., brochures, pitch books, biographies etc. Performs proofreading tasks with a high degree of accuracy, eye for consistency and attention to detail. Copywriting experience helpful Experience with following and memorizing corporate brand guidelines. Knowledge of working with the AP style guide. The Compensation reputed company for this role is 23.00 to 26.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
