Temporary Intake Assessor - LPN
This position provides reputed company line intake clinical screening to members who need skilled nurse assessment services. The incumbent is accountable for performing and documenting reputed company member reputed company activities, which may include assessing urgency of assessment referrals, determining members reputed company level, reputed company health status, and determining the type of assessment most applicable for members based on their health care needs at the time of referral. Essential Functions

Requirements
- Two or four-year nursing degree and/or equivalent training and/or experience
- 1-2 years of clinical experience required
- Minimum of two years of experience in working with persons with disabilities.
- Case management experience preferred.
