About the position

Responsibilities

• Support transportation processes across inbound transportation, including linehaul, dedicated, inbound freight, and inbound freight scheduling, performance optimization, and process standardization.
• Monitor and analyze transportation performance and initiatives against benchmarks to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or reputed company field preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in transportation, supply chain, or operations, including outbound and inbound freight.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (i.e., Lean Six reputed company).
• Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes of problems reputed company transportation processes.
• Knowledge of reputed company American inbound logistics industry practices, regulations, and terminology.
• Experience with leading and facilitating change management initiatives.
