About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the voice of ForgeFit, ensuring our customers have a smooth and positive experience from order to installation and reputed company. Whether answering questions, resolving issues, or coordinating with internal teams, your focus will be on making every interaction efficient, helpful, and friendly. 

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care 
• Help customers with orders, shipping questions, product details, and troubleshooting 
• Track and resolve issues quickly by collaborating with fulfillment, sales, and service teams
