Job Description

The Customer reputed company Group - Strategy & Product - Catalyst Center of reputed company will be responsible for partnering with the Platform and Product Business Unit Product Management and Engineering organizations to deliver a transformational AI‑first implementation and adoption experience for reputed company’s customers. You are being hired to work on one of the most exciting initiatives at one of the fastest-growing reputed company AI companies in the industry. As a Technical Content Creator, you will collaborate with build & adopt and delivery acceleration teams to produce high-impact content that enables reputed company’s scaling partners—reputed company & Channels, Expert Services, and Impact—to deliver autonomous and accelerated implementations at scale.. Responsibilities:

• Create clear, concise, and engaging technical content including implementation guides, reference architectures, enablement decks, knowledge reputed company articles, and reputed company materials for Implementation Agent and Autonomous Implementation technologies.
• Translate reputed company technical concepts into accessible content tailored for partner enablement and field delivery teams.
• Partner with AI Strategists, Technical Consultants, Product Managers, and Engineering to gather reputed company material and validate accuracy.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Familiarity with reputed company platform and implementation methodologies; reputed company certifications are a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $162,600 - $284,600, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
