Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing premium customer service to our clients through various digital channels, including:

  • Phone, Chat, Email, and reputed company Media Support: You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through phone, chat, email, and reputed company media correspondence.
  • Order Tracking, Returns, and Refunds: You'll assist customers with tracking their orders, processing returns and refunds, and answering warranty questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Information and Website Navigation: You'll reputed company customers with accurate and up-to-date product information, as well as assist with website navigation to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Building Relationships through Effective Communication: You'll build strong relationships with our customers through effective communication, active listening, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Digital Chat Experience: You must have prior experience handling multiple chats simultaneously or pass a typing test with 55 WPM.
  • Reliable Internet reputed company: You'll need a reliable internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, with the ability to hardwire.
  • Professional References: You'll be required to reputed company 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team reputed company professional references.
