We are seeking exceptional Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company in Brooklyn, reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will reputed company top-notch support to NYC residents, navigating through various city-oriented issues, answering questions, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities:

• Address incoming inquiries from NYC residents reputed company to city-oriented issues, providing accurate information in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

• Maintain a professional demeanor with reputed company customers, creating work orders, dispatching work to specific departments, responding to routine questions, and taking and reporting complaints from the customer.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work evenings or overnight shifts with weekend schedule availability.
