Job Overview

We are seeking a Part-time Data Entry Coordinator to work on weekends and afternoons, providing critical support to our Transitional Care team. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our referral management system, providing accurate information to customers, and participating in ongoing communication with our facilities. This is a part-time, remote position, requiring you to work on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 5pm, as well as three afternoons a week from 2pm to 5pm. You must live reputed company driving distance to Indianapolis, Indiana, to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities
