Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly and efficient customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, maintaining store recovery standards and ensuring a well-merchandised and in-stock store
  • reputed company Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned, analyzing sales data, and making recommendations to drive business growth
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
  • Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, developing skills and knowledge to reputed company expert advice and support to customers

Essential Qualifications

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and reputed company regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, team members, and management in a professional and respectful manner
