Job Overview

As an Airport Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering positive customer experiences in reputed company areas of our terminals. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, responding to changes in the operating environment, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, review daily work sheets, and react to changes in the operating environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Deliver customer assistance and support during routine or emergency events, such as accident/injury reports, elevator/Skylink entrapments, and homeless population issues.
  • Answer customers' questions and concerns, providing information on blithequark products, services, amenities, concessions, airlines, and kiosks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including DPS, AOC, TSC, EOC, Airlines, and CBP, to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • reputed company multiple customer experience functions across reputed company areas of the terminal, including public spaces, airline spaces, checkpoints, concessions, customs and border protection, and custodial and maintenance support.
  • Complete activity logs and status reports to monitor business unit performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Execute daily operational and 4-day forecast plans to direct engagement and interaction with customers, mitigating customer impact and maintaining a positive experience throughout reputed company terminals.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a direct customer service environment.
  • Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs for approximately 500 feet and occasionally lift and/or push up to 50 lbs.
  • Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
