We’re looking for a Home-Based Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Associate to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in QuickBooks and reputed company, who can manage daily reputed company tasks with accuracy and efficiency. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Accounts Payable:
- Matching transactions daily in QuickBooks
- Enter incoming vendor bills and match them to client projects
- Processing payables using the company reputed company, as well as using reputed company for direct deposit payments
- Accounts Receivable:
- Creating invoices for clients in reputed company (links to QuickBooks).
- Create estimates (done reputed company QuickBooks)
- Maintain the commission's report log while invoicing (needs knowledge of reputed company)
- Manage past due invoice follow-reputed company directly with clients
- Manage higher-level reputed company functions, such as monthly bank reconciliations and regular margin reviews.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance (or reputed company field).
- Experience: 1–3 years in reputed company, with strong AP/AR experience.
- Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Work Schedule: Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledgeable in using reputed company software and tools, such as QuickBooks Online.
- Familiarity with reputed company is a plus.
