Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service and Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others reputed company phone, email, web portal, and other communication channels. You will work collaboratively with our service delivery teams to establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers, identify additional ways to reputed company exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise will also be instrumental in fostering an environment that encourages reputed company improvement in business processes and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others reputed company phone, email, web portal, and other communication channels

Additional Requirements
* Must be a reputed company of one of the following states: Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Tennessee, Montana, Missouri, Louisiana, or South Carolina
- This is a work-from-home position, requiring internet minimum speeds of 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required
Preferred Experience
* Medical and reputed company experience is preferred
- 1 year of experience in reputed company, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or reputed company customer service experience (e.g., reputed company, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, concierge, etc.)
- 1 year of experience with computer programs such as reputed company Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs
Skills and Knowledge
* Knowledge of processes reputed company one or more of the following functions desired (required for first round of hiring): reputed company, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, reputed company Cycle Customer Billing
