Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our internal clients, the branches, and external clients through inbound calls. You will assist with online services navigation, account inquiries and updates, PIN resets, card activations, account opening and maintenance, and other services. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills will reputed company you to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries and reputed company a superior customer-centric focus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls from external clients and internal clients at the bank branches

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
* Hourly reputed company: $16-$17.50 an hour, dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
