Responsibilities and Duties
As a Chat Brand Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and brand with customers
- Utilizing primarily TaylorMade golf equipment to reputed company expert advice and recommendations
- Communicating with customers at a professional level, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
- Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any reputed company media/searches to reputed company accurate and up-to-date information
- Comparing and analyzing competitor products to ensure blithequark's offerings remain competitive
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once with ease and poise
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of golf experience, with a deep understanding of the game and its nuances
- 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a proven track record of reputed company
- In-depth knowledge of reputed company and past TaylorMade products, as well as similar products from other brands
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on reputed company TaylorMade products, from enthusiast to pro level
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate reputed company and concisely
- Familiarity with e-reputed company platforms and online customer service tools
