Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Remote Data Entry Position at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to patients and clients, while also performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
* Utilize blithequark's solution information entry techniques and rules processes new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
- Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
- Investigate to acquire missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.

- Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
