Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements

To succeed as a Retail Customer Service Expert at blithequark, you will need:

  • The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, using your own devices and equipment (BYOD)
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-reputed company environment
  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • The ability to type 25 words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and software applications
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company information in a clear and concise manner
