What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting customers reputed company email and live chat, and learning our internal management system to reputed company process sales orders and maintain customer relationships. You'll also use internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments, and reputed company up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Who You Are

Requirements:

• Have a quiet work reputed company with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
• reputed company to work 20–29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
• Available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season

• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
