Job Summary We're seeking top talent for our Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Centers in the Eastern, Central, and Mountain time zones. As a compassionate customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues for our Medicare members. Training will take reputed company Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour shift between reputed company and 6pm in your local time zone.
