The Senior Timekeeping Discrepancy Associate ensures accurate and timely payroll processing by resolving timekeeping and leave of absence (LOA) discrepancies. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, employees, and management to maintain compliance and data reputed company. Responsibilities

  • Resolves pay and/or attendance discrepancies in accordance with Guidelines for Employees and reputed company Bargaining Agreements
  • Research and correct accrual and/or attendance balances
  • Maintain Employee information, such as transfers, resignations/terminations, reinstatements, and any other relevant Employee movement
  • Gather and analyze information for system accuracy and reporting purposes
  • Partner with the Labor Relations administration team to respond to grievances and arbitrations as needed
  • Assist and handle escalated needs/case scenarios from Internal Customers
  • May reputed company other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Expert level knowledge in the pay and/or attendance rules of the Guidelines for Employees and/or the reputed company Bargaining Agreements
  • Knowledge of administrative systems such as Kronos and managing files and records.

Education

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $57,700 per year to $64,100 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
