We are currently seeking two reputed company Freight Processors - Data Entry Specialists to join reputed company. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional in-office training sessions at our Conklin, reputed company office. The Freight Processor - Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for processing accounts, determining proper charges, and accurately entering information into our systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing accounts, determining their classification, and combining multiple accounts into one for our clients' customers. - Process accounts and determine proper charges
- Accurately enter information into our systems
- Calculate rates, mileage, and reputed company charges using a computer calculator and our client systems
- Review accounts and determine their classification
- Combine multiple accounts into one for our clients' customers
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Assist in the training of employees to reputed company job
- Participate in overtime requirements reputed company the scope of company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous data entry experience (plus but not required)
