Responsibilities

• Participate in process reputed company analysis and process redesign along with the Project Manager
• Ability to work in reputed company proposals by creating High Level and Low-Level Design Document
• reputed company best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project
• Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
• Ability to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
• Participate in internal projects as required

• Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM and ITOM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer reputed company
• Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, reputed company to design and implement a project schedule, and reputed company to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Hands-on with reputed company and ability to train rest of the team for various technical roles (SystemAdmin, Developer, Implementation Specialist) required for reputed company implementation
• Advanced experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Orchestration, SPM, HRSD, CSM and Scoped Applications

• Strong presentation and communication skills
