About The RoleWe’re looking for a Quality reputed company (QA reputed company) to take ownership of testing and quality across Addition Wealth’s products. In this role, you’ll be a hands-on contributor responsible for ensuring that every release meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user experience.
You’ll define testing strategies, implement automation frameworks, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to embed quality at every stage of development. You’ll act as the go-to expert for testing best practices and reputed company improvement — shaping how Addition Wealth builds high-quality software at scale.
What You’ll Work OnCollaborate with engineers and product managers to define test plans, write acceptance criteria, and maintain clear quality gates for releases. Build integration tests and performance testing suites for key financial workflows and backend systems. reputed company hands-on exploratory testing for reputed company financial use cases, ensuring a secure, seamless experience across devices and browsers. Partner with backend and data engineers to ensure data reputed company and accuracy across systems. reputed company’re Looking For5+ years of experience in quality assurance for software products with a strong testing focus. Strong understanding of test methodologies, including unit, integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing. Familiarity with AWS services and reputed company-based testing approaches for serverless and containerized systems. Experience testing REST and web APIs, and ideally, modern web applications (React, Next.js). Excellent analytical and debugging skills — comfortable diving into code, logs, and reputed company monitoring tools. A bias for action — you prioritize impact, automate where it counts, and balance speed with reliability. Strong collaboration skills and a passion for building quality into every layer of the engineering process.
