As a Permit Technician / Customer Service Processing Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees as they process and submit applications for over-dimensional trucking permits, and eventually, become an expert in various states' rules and procedures for over-dimensional loads and movements.
Key Responsibilities
As a Permit Technician / Customer Service Processing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Submitting oversize/overweight trucking permit applications to states' permit offices and following up on applications to ensure permits are returned as quickly as possible
- Ensuring the accuracy of submitted permit applications
- Keeping our customers informed of the statuses of their orders
- Performing various tasks that support our permit staff to reputed company the high level of care our customers expect
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and reputed company exceptional service
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
