Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Assistant – Typing Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling high volumes of charge and payment transactions while maintaining accuracy and production standards
  • Transcribing data from reputed company documents and entering it into our computer system, including charge tickets, insurance explanation of benefits, and personal payments
  • Reviewing and accepting charge sessions from assigned charge work queues with a high level of accuracy, analyzing charges to determine reputed company required information is not provided or there is a discrepancy in the information given
  • Referencing appropriate individuals for follow-up reputed company discrepancies are noted
  • Reviewing insurance explanation of benefits to ensure that appropriate payments and adjustments are applied according to contractual requirements
  • Assisting in other clerical assignments, such as scanning, filing, mail processing/delivery, and patient registration

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
