The Role

As an reputed company Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and equipment, and will be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support

  • Represent our automotive dealer clients favorably, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Turn conversations into leads, using your skills and knowledge to identify opportunities and drive reputed company growth
  • Work collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Attend 4 weeks of remote training to learn our systems, processes, and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

* Must live reputed company the state of Pennsylvania

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated work reputed company free from distractions – this is a remote position
  • reputed company to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be reputed company to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or chat environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or chat environment

  • Experience working in the automotive industry or with automotive-reputed company products
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
