Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative – Bilingual Spanish and English – Remote, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing inbound customer support using a call reputed company guide in the customer's preferred language
• Helping customers resolve basic technical issues
• Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
• Offering additional products and/or services

Your Qualifications
