As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive timely and effective technical support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions to resolve problems reputed company. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Review logs, identify root causes, and implement solutions to resolve technical problems reputed company

Essential Qualifications
